NeighborGuard ensures homeowners can safely and securely find and hire vetted local professionals. To qualify for NeighborGuard, a provider is expected to:
Have been nominated by a neighbor or neighborhood administrator.
Maintain a positive NeighborGuard review rating.
Maintain valid licensing, insurance and or bonding requirements.
Why It Matters?
Using NeighborGuard, powered by FrontPorch, homeowners can confidently choose from a list of trusted providers, referred by their neighbors – without turning to random online searches or social media guesswork.
Significantly, NeighborGuard providers are not charged typical expensive advertising or marketing fees, but only what is necessary for maintaining the site and the cost of vetting providers. In turn, providers are strongly encouraged to pass those savings on directly to residents.
Preferred status within NeighborGuard is not determined by how much a provider spends, but by the quality of their work and the value they deliver to our residents.
